Return and refund policy

Effective date: 12 May 2026. This policy applies to paid services such as facilitated workshops, bespoke micro-break programmes, or consulting described in a written scope or tax invoice.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees including acceptable care and skill. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you may have rights to a remedy under the ACL. This policy works together with those statutory rights and does not exclude them. See Consumer rights.
Cancellations before delivery
For services not yet delivered, you may cancel in writing within fourteen days of payment unless you expressly requested immediate commencement and we have already completed a material portion of the work. Valid cancellations receive a refund within fourteen business days to your original payment method where practicable.
After a session has occurred
Live sessions and on-site visits are treated as supplied at completion. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable except where the ACL requires a remedy for a major failure.
Digital materials
Downloadable guides are supplied when access links are sent. If a file is materially defective and we cannot fix it within ten business days, you may receive a replacement or refund as required by law.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue with you first.
How to request a remedy
Email us with your name, invoice reference, purchase date, and a clear description of the concern. We acknowledge within five business days and propose next steps.
